CHECK OUT MY GRAND AM GT AND MY 71 CUTLASS ON MY OTHER PAGES
Here is my newest project, a 1970 Cougar Eliminator...Clone. I just purchased this muscle car off EBAY on 1/17/07. The Pics that I am about to post are pics from Ebay. This pictures are before the previous owner disassembled it, which is now 85% disassembled. Luckily the guy only lives about 20 min from me, so I will hopefully be picking up the car over the weekend. The interior is out, the engine is out, and the front end is off. But everything is there and just waiting to be restored. It comes with a 351 Cleveland, it is an automatic, bucket seats, spoiler, hood scoop. It has everything to make it a clone already so thats what I am going to do with it. Also...even though I did just buy the car, I really need to be focusing on saving up for school and an apt for when I move, so the car is for sale at anytime, so if interested just leave me a message or e-mail me.
Looking at this pic, the car looks pretty damn straight. I hope it is when I finally pick it up.
As you can see, it is going to need a new headliner and a carpet at the least. I still haven't got to see this car in person, so there no telling what else it needs.
Engine needs to be rebuilt, it is completely takin apart, believed to be the original matching numbers engine, if its not, I may just drop a 302 in it instead.
I have just been offered by a guy I know a 5.0 all ready to be put it all for drawing the outline of a tattoo on his back. Also I have been offered another 351 C 4 barrel that runs with transmission for only $250. I think I will take both.
1/24/07
I finally started picking up some of the parts for the car, its deff goin to be fun to mess with, but alot more than I can handle cause I don't have any tools. Tomorrow morning I get the car.
1/29/07
Have the car in my possesion finally and well its goin to be one hell of a project. Its basically completely dissasembled and unfortunately I don't have the tools, place, storage, money, or time to do what I would like to do to the car. I will attempt it, but I will most likely sell it within the next month. I will post more pics of the car when its finally warm enough to pull it out of storage and work on it a little, but right now its too damn cold to even mess with.
Check out my other page. I have alot of my ARTWORK posted on the other one. I do sell my art.....Starting at $250 for a 19x24. You can contact me through e-mail at SketchesByChris@aol.com.
